To start the production phase, we have to produce wax moulds. Therefore, the mould of each piece has to be created from a silver protoptyp, In comitment with the marketing and creation teams.

With the mould we create a foot print from the wax tree, which will be fixed on a tree. Then, it is set in a tube, where the cast is poured, which is becoming hard at a high temperature. Simultaneously, the wax is pouring, therefore the tree jewel mould is ready to recieve the content.
